Val Gelsinger, is a passionate Masters level educated Social worker who believes in taking a person-centered approach to therapy.
She completed her Masters Degree in Social work, 2014 and Bachelors Degree in Social work, 2008.
She understands that mental, emotional, and social well-being are just as important as physical health. Val believes in providing compassionate, confidential support to help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges in a safe and welcoming space.
With a client- centered and trauma informed approach, she works alongside our Nurse Practitioners and interdisciplinary care team to support your overall health and wellness.
Val inspires to bring out the best in her clients and meet them where they are at. Using an eclectic base of therapies Val strives to empower her clients using their existing strengths and skills. Val has been working as a social worker for the past fifteen years.
When Val is not working she enjoys spending time with her family including grandchildren and dog.
She is currently accepting new clients who are looking for support through their journeys.
Clients are welcome from the age of twelve and beyond.
